Biography: Jiangtao (Harry) Gu is a historian and critic of Chinese visual culture. He was an Andrew. W. Mellon Fellow in the Digital Humanities from 2016-2018.
As a Mellon fellow, he worked on ReEnvisioning Japan, Lewis Henry Morgan Bicentennial projects, and co-founded the Global DH Working Group in the Central New York Humanities Corridor.
